Oreo Cheesecake Brownies

These are my famous Oreo Cheesecake Brownies. I made them for the first time a year ago and I’ve made them maybe 8 times since then because everyone DEMANDS these bad boys. They are a crowd pleaser and if you don’t believe me ask anyone who’s ever tried them.

I’m gonna make you just as lovable as I am, by teaching you to make these mouthwatering guys yourself! SO first things first….. pam it up and set your oven to 375!

Start with making your classic fudge brownies in a 9 x 13 pan. Be sure to lick the spoon. Next, you’ll want to line the pan with Oreos, double stuffed, if you’re into that. I like to dip each Oreo in milk for a few seconds before laying them on the brownies. When you dip the Oreos in milk it makes the Oreos soft and melt so you won’t have a picturesque Oreo after you bake it (Like the second photo posted). I personally think it’s better. Next time I make them I’m going to try dipping them in Bailey’s for Boozy Cheesecake Brownies 😏 I’ll keep ya updated. Moving on…

Whip up some cheesecake mix. You don’t necessarily need a blender for this but it certainly helps. Be sure to set out you cream cheese ahead of time so it’s easier to mix and spread on the top of then Oreos.

Spread the Cheesecake on top of your brownies and Oreos. Try to cover every inch. Throw a few extra Oreos into a bag and crush them into little pieces to sprinkle on top. You can have some fun with this part. You could sprinkle graham cracker on top. Cookie dough is our favorite!

Ingredients

1 Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix (You can use whatever)

24 oz cream cheese

¾ cup sugar

2 eggs, beaten (4 if you used Betty Crocker Brownie Mix)

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 Package of Oreos

(1/3 Vegetable Oil if you used Betty Crocker Brownie Mix)

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9×13 (23×33 cm) baking pan.

  • Prepare the brownies mix in a bowl.

  • Spread the brownie batter in an even layer on the bottom of the pan.

  • Place Oreos in a single layer on top of the brownie batter.

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese and the sugar until there are no lumps. Add 2 eggs and vanilla, stirring until evenly combined.

  • Pour the cheesecake batter on top, spreading it evenly over the cookies.

  • Crush Oreos and sprinkle on top.

  • Bake for about 45 minutes, until the edges are slightly golden brown.

  • Cool for a few hours then place in the fridge. After being in the fridge for a few hours slice into serving sizes and enjoy 🙂
